Celebrity Alaska Cruise By Gavin

My round-trip Alaska cruise with Celebrity Solstice packed in one highlight after another, from spotting humpback whales at Icy Strait Point to sailing past the thunderous, calving Hubbard Glacier.

On land, I dug into Juneau's gold rush past and watched the salmon run bring Ketchikan Creek to life, while evenings onboard meant regionally inspired dinners at the Grand Epernay Restaurant, with speciality dining also on offer. Add in live music, evening shows, a full-size casino and the hot tubs at The Solarium for winding down between ports, and there was never a dull moment.
