I have been fortunate to experience incredible wildlife firsthand while travelling throughout the country – from bears in the Rockies to whales on Vancouver Island. One of my favourite Canada wildlife experiences was staying at Knight Inlet Lodge, where I watched mother bears and their cubs in their natural habitat. If you’re dreaming of an immersive wildlife experience surrounded by untouched wilderness, this should be at the top of your list.

I have enjoyed self-drive holidays across many regions of Canada, including the Canadian Rockies, Vancouver Island, Ontario, and Quebec.
