The resort is situated on the shores of Lake of Bays in the heart of Muskoka, an area renowned for its pristine lakes, natural beauty, clean air, and abundance of wildlife. To those living in Ontario, the area is affectionately referred to as "Cottage Country".

June, July and August are generally the warmest months in Ontario. During this period, you'll enjoy lots of sunshine and be able to swim and splash around in the lake. Days start getting a little cooler during September as the fall season gradually approaches.

Traditional Wooded, Private and Lake View Cottages

Traditional cottages are rental cottages that have have been part of Blue Water Acres since the early to mid 80’s. They are cozy cottages with wood decks, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable furnishings, four piece bathrooms, wood burning fireplaces and electric heating throughout.

Deerview

This two bedroom cottage is ideal for families. It offers a comfortable and fully equipped unit at a very affordable price. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a lower double bed and a single upper bed. In addition to the three-season Muskoka Room, there is a stone patio that's perfect for barbecuing and outdoor relaxation.

Algonquin

Magnificent lake views from the large wooden deck make the two bedroom Algonquin Cottage a favourite. A three season Muskoka Room is also included with this model. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed that features a lower double bed and a single upper bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a combination tub and shower.

Meadowvale

Thisunit includes three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a combination tub and shower. The large sundeck can be accessed from the three-season Muskoka Room.

Muskokan
