Jen is relatively new to the travel industry but her passion for Canada continues to grow. Having visited this remarkable country numerous times, she knows that it is such a special and unique place; from the welcoming people to the incredible scenery and wildlife, to the lively and exciting cities. Canada is so vast that it delivers on variety every time. She is lucky to have close family who live in Montreal, so she has been able to enjoy this vibrant, progressive, and beautiful place many times. From the bustling city life to the quaint corners, you really can wind it up or down to suit yourself. She has also been fortunate to have visited the west coast, exploring Banff and Vancouver. In her role within Customer Care, she enjoys passing on her top tips to everyone planning their next adventure and ensuring they receive the best service possible. Jen's advice to anyone visiting Canada would be to try ALL the cuisine. You will not be disappointed!

Among the highlights of my trips to Canada, encounters with wildlife remain favourites and will stay with me for a long time.
The Discover Banff and Its Wildlife Tour was excellent. The guides were very welcoming, plus we enjoyed beautiful views of Banff and even spotted some elk and deer. It's a lovely introduction to the Canadian Rockies, as the guides share plenty of fascinating insight into the national park and the wildlife that calls it home. I'd recommend booking it early in your stay, as it's a great way to get your bearings before exploring further on your own.
I have also been lucky enough to experience the Prince of Whales excursion in Vancouver which was led by a very talented and knowledgeable tour guide. Incredibly, we saw two orca pods, a grey whale, sea lions and some eagles. It remains one of my most memorable wildlife experiences in British Columbia, and I'd recommend it to anyone considering one of our Canada wildlife holidays. Wrap up warm, even in summer, as it can feel chilly out on the water.
