Day 1 - Toronto
Arrive in Toronto and explore the city at your own pace.
Day 2 - Toronto
A full day of leisure in Toronto, perhaps take the hop on hop off bus and stop off for lunch at the St. Lawrence Market, or ride to the top of the CN tower for fantastic city and lake views, speak to you consultant with regards to adding on a trip to nearby Niagara Falls.
Staying at Pantages Hotel Downtown Toronto
Day 3 - Haliburton Forest
Collect your car hire and take the 3 hour drive to Haliburton Forest. Live like a local and stop off half way at Webers on Highway 11, a firm favourite for burgers, shakes and poutine
Day 4 - Haliburton Forest
Spend a full day exploring this natural playground, canoes and mountain bikes can be pre-booked, but are paid locally, or hike one of the many nature trails. The Wolf Centre is popular year round, the Canopy Tour is a must, and for a truly authentic Canadian experience try your hand at their Sporting Clays Range. All pre-booked but paid locally.
Staying at Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve
Day 5 - Haliburton Forest

Leave the wilderness and return to the charming urban landscape of Ottawa. In the evening we would recommend checking out the ByWard market Ottawa's unique heritage destination for entertainment, food, shopping and arts.
Day 7 - Ottawa
Ottawa is a great city to explore on foot, or take the hop on hop of bus. highlights include Canadian Museum of History, Canadian Museum of Nature, Canadian War Museum and Parliament Hill.
Staying at Lord Elgin Hotel
Day 8 - - Homeward bound
Spend the day at leisure in Ottawa, before catching your homeward flight. If time allows, it's easy to add on visits to nearby Montreal and Quebec City
