Dining

S.A.L.T. Kitchen

A complimentary venue with menus that change by destination, alongside a standing menu of regional specialities and hyperlocal dishes made with responsibly sourced ingredients. Over 160 regional wines are on offer.

The Grill

Features lava stone cooking, with volcanic rock heated to around 400°C so guests can cook meat, fish or vegetables at their table. In the evenings it offers stone cooking; by day it becomes a rotisserie with build your own burgers and gourmet salads.

La Dame

A bespoke menu from top chefs, offering French fine dining in a setting of white linen and white glove service. Named after the Eiffel Tower's nickname. Reservation fee of US$60 per guest, bookable via My Silversea.

Atlantide

An elegant bar and grill named after the seven daughters of Atlas, serving dishes such as royal crab, blue lobster and Verbena crusted red snapper alongside steaks.

La Terrazza

Casual buffet dining by day with global dishes from live stations, moving to handmade pastas and seafood by night, paired with wines from around the world.

Kaiseki
