The Dining Room
Whether it's a relaxed breakfast, a long lunch or a memorable dinner, The Dining Room delivers every time. Dishes are perfected with input from our Culinary Council, seven world renowned chefs working alongside our onboard executive chefs. Dinner options include favourites like Boneless Lamb Loin en Croute and Rosemary Roasted Chicken, alongside regional dishes and thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options. Wines are chosen by our Wine Curator, respected wine critic James Suckling.

Lido Market
Just steps from the Lido pool, this vibrant marketplace offers something for everyone: Breadboard for fresh bakes, Wild Harvest for hearty salads, Homestead for comfort food, Distant Lands for global flavours, Sweet Spot for ice cream and desserts, Roasting Pan for carved meats and fish, Perk for coffee and juice, Quench for drinks to purchase, and Rise for quiches, croissants and sandwiches.

Dive In
For casual favourites made with quality ingredients, head to Dive In. Try a burger with our secret sauce on a toasted brioche bun, a Nathan's Famous hot dog with fries, a grilled chicken sandwich or a portabella mushroom stack. It's the ideal poolside spot for the best burgers at sea.

New York Pizza
Choose from thin crust, nine inch pizzas named after New York's five boroughs, all made to order with quality toppings. Culinary Council member Ethan Stowell has added his own signature recipes to the menu. Enjoy your slice by the Lido pool during the day or into the evening. On Koningsdam, Rotterdam and Nieuw Statendam, this venue is New York Deli & Pizza, also serving made to order deli sandwiches.

Canaletto (Additional cost)
Celebrating the Italian love of food shared together, Canaletto serves classics such as braised chicken cacciatore al forno, grilled branzino and garlic shrimp ravioli, plus fresh daily pasta. Finish with tiramisù, Sicilian cannoli or gelato.

Pinnacle Grill (Additional cost)
This intimate restaurant serves lunch and dinner inspired by the Pacific Northwest, from wild caught Alaskan king salmon to sustainably raised beef from Washington State's Double R Ranch. Every evening features signature dishes from Culinary Council Chef David Burke, paired with boutique wines from the region and beyond.

Tamarind (Additional cost)
Located at the top of the ship, this elegant restaurant offers stunning ocean views, with culinary flavours and traditions of Southeast Asia, China, and Japan. Indulge in tempura, wok-seared lobster, crispy duck and many more dishes. 

Rudi's Sel De Mer (Additional cost)
Named after Master Chef Rudi Sodamin, this brasserie offers a modern take on French classics: whole Dover sole meunière, oysters, fruits de mer and salt crust branzino, along with steak frites, duck cassoulet and coq au vin. Round things off with a classic dessert and fine French cheese.

Inside (approximately 143 to 225 sq ft)
Two lower beds convert to one queen size Mariner's Dream bed with a plush Euro Top mattress, plus a premium massage shower head and a range of amenities.

Ocean View (approximately 175 to 282 sq ft)
These roomy staterooms offer the same Mariner's Dream bed and massage shower head as Inside staterooms, with the added bonus of an ocean view.

Verandah (approximately 228 to 405 sq ft including verandah)
Floor to ceiling windows fill these staterooms with light, opening onto a private verandah. They include a sitting area, the signature Mariner's Dream bed, and a massage shower head.

Vista Suite (approximately 260 to 356 sq ft including verandah)
Bright and airy with a teak lined verandah and floor to ceiling windows, these suites offer a comfortable sitting area, the Mariner's Dream bed, a massage shower head and a refrigerator.

Signature Suite (approximately 393 to 400 sq ft including verandah)
These spacious suites feature a sitting area with floor to ceiling windows onto a private verandah, a queen or king size Mariner's Dream bed, a murphy bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a dual sink vanity, full size whirlpool bath, shower and separate shower stall.
