The Dining Room

Whether you're after breakfast, a leisurely lunch or dinner, the menu here has something for everyone. Dishes are developed with input from the Culinary Council, seven renowned chefs working alongside the ship's own executive chefs. Dinner favourites include boneless lamb loin en croute and rosemary roasted chicken, alongside regional specialities and vegetarian options. Wines are selected by the ship's Wine Curator, wine critic James Suckling.

Canaletto (additional cost)

A celebration of Italian dining, serving classics such as braised chicken cacciatore al forno, grilled branzino and garlic prawn ravioli, along with fresh pasta made daily. Round things off with tiramisù, Sicilian cannoli or gelato.

Pinnacle Grill (additional cost)

This intimate restaurant serves Pacific Northwest inspired lunch and dinner, from wild Alaskan king salmon to sustainably raised beef from Washington State's Double R Ranch. Every evening brings signature dishes from Culinary Council Chef David Burke, paired with boutique wines.

Morimoto By Sea (additional cost)

Chef Masaharu Morimoto brings his distinctive style onboard, with beautifully presented sushi and sashimi alongside other seafood dishes including lobster and salmon.

Lido Market

Located just by the Lido pool, this marketplace covers everything from fresh bakes at Breadboard and hearty salads at Wild Harvest, to comfort food at Homestead, global dishes at Distant Lands, ice cream and desserts at Sweet Spot, carved meats and fish at Roasting Pan, coffee at Perk, drinks at Quench and quiches, croissants and sandwiches at Rise.

Dive In

The go to spot for poolside favourites, including a burger with secret sauce on a toasted brioche bun, a Nathan's Famous hot dog with fries, a grilled chicken sandwich or a portabella mushroom stack.

Crow's Nest Café

 A relaxed setting for a pastry and a drink while taking in the ocean views.

Library Café

Speciality coffees, pastries and a cosy setting surrounded by books, ideal for a quieter moment onboard.

Vista Suite

Spanning 260 to 356 sq ft, these light filled suites feature a private veranda, floor to ceiling glass doors, a comfortable sitting area and the Mariner's Dream bed. Also included:

Neptune Suite
