We highly recommend visiting one of the Guest Centres to collect your documentation within the allocated time, however, if you are unable to do so, please ensure you arrive at your collection point at least 45 minutes prior to your specified coach departure time.

Vancouver Departures

We highly recommend visiting one of the Guest Centres to collect your documentation within the allocated time, however, if you are unable to do so you may check in at the station. If you are utilising the included Rocky Mountaineer transfers from select hotels you may check in on arrival, if you are making your own arrangements for arrival to the station, please ensure you do so at least one hour prior to the train departure time specified in your documents.
