Completed in 1999, the Snow Lodge is the newest of the park’s full service hotels, and has been recognized with the Cody Award for Western Design and Travel and Leisure’s Inn of the Month. The heavy timber construction, exterior log columns and cedar shingle roof were part of the design that is destined to make the Snow Lodge a significant example of classic “parkitecture.” The Snow Lodge also features a full-service dining room, quick service “Geyser Grill” and the charming Bear Den Gift Store.

Deluxe Lodge Room
The deluxe rooms feature 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds, full bathroom, coffee maker, hair dryer, heat, alarm clock, telephone, and fan. There is no air conditioning, TV, or radio, All rooms and cabins are non-smoking/non-vaping.

The Western Cabins feature 2 Queen beds, full bathroom, heat, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe, and fan. There is no air conditioning, TV, telephone, or radio, all rooms and cabins are non-smoking/non-vaping.
Frontier Cabin
The Frontier Cabins feature 2 Double (full size) beds, bathroom with shower only, heat, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe, and fan. There is no air conditioning, TV, telephone, all rooms and cabins are non-smoking/non-vaping.
The Old Faithful Lodge Cafeteria serves lunch and dinner with great value and selection! After you’ve got your meal, enjoy views of the Old Faithful Geyser from the dining area! No time to sit? Then grab a to-go item and resume your day of park exploration.
Just outside the Cafeteria are the Lobby Snack Shops, where fresh-baked muffins, bagels, sandwiches and soft-serve ice cream await. Again, seating in the lobby offers front row views of Old Faithful Geyser!
Beautiful custom chandeliers accent the Obsidian Dining Room. The Obsidian serves a range of appealing items including Bison Short Ribs and Wild Alaska Salmon. Seating is the summer is first-come, first served for all meals. Breakfast is à la carte. During the evening, reflect on your day with friends and family at the Firehole Lounge, located just off the Obsidian Dining Room. If you’re lucky, you’ll get one of the comfy chairs in front of the large fireplace!
Your day may be filled with adventure, but you need to take a little time to eat. The Geyser Grill is one of our quick-service outlets specializing in take-out burgers, chicken sandwiches, value meals, deli sandwiches, salads and more. After you’ve ordered, take time to look overhead, as the Geyser Grill is adorned with whimsical character carvings.
