Wilderness North Lodge, Thunder Bay, Ontario

Wilderness North offers a variety of accommodation including 3 full-service lodges, 2 housekeeping lodges and 10 outpost camps.

The full service lodges provides a relaxing stay with its cosy accommodations, full dock service, meals alongside other amenities:

• Boats, motors, and all gas
• Cabins accommodating between two and twelve people
• All meals with complimentary cocktails before dinner
• Daily housekeeping and dock service (fish cleaning too!)

Strikers Point

Situated at the eastern end of Whitewater Lake in the heart of Wabakimi Provincial Park the perfect place for anglers with 26,000 acres of water to explore. Striker’s five cosy, vertical log cabins feature a full-sized fridge, full bathroom and a comfortable sitting area with couches and a woodstove. The spacious dining area, lounge and gift shop are only a short walk away in the main lodge.

Makokibatan Lodge

Makokibatan Lodge is located on the Albany and is one of Ontario’s most renowned trophy fishing destinations. There is lots of fantastic locations across the lake for all types of fishing, the weed beds situated on the lake’s north short are perfect for pike, rocky southern shore is home to trophy sized walleyes and the Albany is famous for access to brook trout fishing.

For the ultimate Canadian hospitality enjoy a stay at Miminiska Lodge the perfect spot for those who enjoy fishing along side the camaraderie of their fellow guests. You will be fully taken care of during your stay including superb dining, dock service, and daily housekeeping. The Miminiska Lodge allows you to enjoy both lake and river fishing.
